IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION TO UNICARD PREPAID CARDHOLDERS

Dear Cardholder,

Based on our notification sent to you on 30 November 2021, all UniCard Prepaid Cards were suspended on 31 December 2021.

Since then, our Customer Service team has attempted many times to contact you over the past 14 months with regards to the outstanding balance on your UniCard Prepaid Card, and urged you to redeem the remaining balance with UniCard and close the wallet as soon as possible so that the Inactive Fee will not be applied to your remaining balance.

Please urgently complete the attached redemption application form and return it to cs@unicard.hk so that we can promptly reimburse the appropriate balance to you by bank transfer or cheque.

Please also note that a Service Fee of HKD 150 will be applied to all cardholder balances from 1 July 2023, in addition to the Inactive Fees already in effect.  We urge you to redeem all of your card balances before 1 July 2023 in order to avoid this Service Fee being levied on your remaining balance.

Should you have any enquiries, please contact our Customer Service at cs@unicard.hk.

We look forward to receiving your completed redemption application form.

Yours sincerely,

UniCard Solution Limited

HOW TO APPLY FOR A REDEMPTION
